• Upload a High-Quality Image: Use a clear horizontal (landscape) image for the best split poster result.

• Edit & Position Properly: Adjust or crop the image after uploading to fit the panel layout correctly.

• Wide Images Recommended: Split posters work best with panoramic or landscape-style images.

• Recommended File Size: Keep image files between 1 MB and 50 MB for smooth upload and optimal print quality.

• Use High-Resolution Images: Avoid blurry, stretched, or low-quality images to maintain sharp print output.

• Content Guidelines: Uploaded images must not contain offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content.

• Review Before Checkout: Carefully check the final preview before placing your order, as the approved image will be used for printing.

• We reserve the right to decline images that do not meet our quality or content standards.

• All uploaded images are reviewed for basic quality and content verification before printing.

• Orders containing unsuitable or rejected images may be canceled and refunded according to store policy.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights or permission to use uploaded images.

• If a valid custom image is not uploaded, or an order is placed without an image, the order may be completed using a suitable in-house design of similar value.
