4. Custom Posters & Stickers
Image & Design Requirements:
When submitting images or designs for custom posters, ensure they are high-resolution and follow our guidelines, including an image ratio of 1:1.4 and a file size between 0.1 MB and 50 MB. For custom stickers, designs must meet the specified resolution and layout requirements. shdw.stick reserves the right to reject any submission that does not meet these criteria.
Rights and Permissions:
By submitting any images, text, or designs, you confirm that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use the submitted content. shdw.stick shall not be responsible for any copyright infringement, trademark violations, or legal issues arising from the use of customer-submitted materials.
5. Orders and Payments
Order Processing:
Orders placed on shdw.stick are processed only after payment is successfully confirmed. We aim to produce and deliver products within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout.
Payment Methods:
We accept multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI. Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.
6. Shipping Policy
Shipping Locations:
shdw.stick offers shipping across India and, upon request, to international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery timelines may vary based on your location. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional fees for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Processing Time:
As shdw.stick operates on a print-on-demand model and does not maintain inventory, each order requires up to 2 business days for printing and processing before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on design complexity and current order volume.
Shipping Methods:
We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. During checkout, customers can select from available shipping options that best suit their needs.
Shipping Time:
Estimated shipping timelines are as follows:
Express Shipping (India): 3 to 5 business days
Standard Shipping (India): 8 to 10 business days
International Shipping: 15 to 20 business days
Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Delays:
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier service disruptions, or logistical issues. For significant delays, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping Address:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. shdw.stick is not liable for delays, non-delivery, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome.
Free Express Shipping:
Available for prepaid orders with an estimated transit time of 3–4 business days.
Standard Shipping:
Applicable to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders with an estimated transit time of 7–8 business days
7. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation:
To cancel an order, please contact shdw.stick customer support as soon as possible. Once the production process has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
Customized Orders:
Cancellation requests for customized posters or stickers can only be accepted within 3 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have started, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
Non-Customized Orders:
Cancellation requests for non-customized products may be accepted before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, our Returns and Refunds Policy will apply.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns:
shdw.stick accepts returns only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for detailed information regarding eligibility and timelines.
9. Limitation of Liability
